Customer requests and troubleshooting forms are recorded. Smart keeps a copy of all service records.

Guarantee

A/C Service Machines produced by Smart Acs are guaranteed.

After The Guarantee

All machines repaired by Smart have  workmanship guarantee upon agreements, after the time of delivery.
All spare parts that are used or replaced are subject to their own guarantees, after the time of delivery.
The guarantee does not cover the entire machine, it is limited to the spare parts and to the equipment repaired.
The guarantee does not cover misuse, physical damage, liquid damage. Service, support and repair charges may apply.
